Well, it's about time that a campaign was started to help make vegetarianism easy to accept for the general public.
As a 24/7 vegan I changed my diet because of the cruelty involved in the production of meat, but nowadays it also makes sense to carry on doing what I'm doing for climate change as well....Did you realise that the animal farming industry does more damage to the climate than all the cars, trains and planes put together?
Go on, try the meat free Mondays, then why not expand it to the rest of the week? ;) The animals, the environment and future generations will all be thankful.

Hindu belief

I thought it might be a good to piggyback on a Hindu belief to further progress this idea. Although Hinduism preaches on no meat, fish, etc at all, most tend to avoid meats one or two days in a week. Most significant days in order are Friday, Tuesday and Thursday. Why don't we pick one of these days for meat free day.
